Call-out fee
Flat rate
- For Customers within 40 miles of Loughborough
- Additional £10 per 5 miles outside of the 40 mile radius
+ Labour
30 minute minimum charge
- 30 minute minimum charge, rather than 1 hour, so you’re not punished for simple repairs
- Charged in 15 minute blocks thereafter
+ Add-ons

- Emergency / weekend call outs

Rome wasn’t built in a day. We’re increasing our coverage gradually so we can be reactive and make sure we’re there for our customers when they need us. Starting with a 40 mile radius, we will only expand when we are sure we can give our customers the service they deserve.
